
Great Britain Jujitsu Open Nationals 2022

The First Great Britain Jujitsu Open Nationals is coming to the UK! We will have grappling and sports Jujitsu events for both adults and children. To see the sports Jujitsu rules – click here. The grappling will be IBJJF Blue belt rules.
The children’s grappling (Ne Waza) rules will be coming very soon.

The cost of taking part will be as follows:
Competitors
£20 per child competitor
£30 per adult competitor – per event – unless you book onto both Grappling and Sports Jujitsu parts of the competition, in which case you’ll get an automatically allocated £10 Discount.
Spectators
£10 per spectator (pay on the day) or £15 for family ticket (2 adults + 2 kids) – pay on the day
Weigh Ins
Weigh ins will be on the day and open from 8am. All competitors will need to weigh in – including children. Kids will be weighed in first, adults will not be able to weigh in until 10am. Weigh-ins are IN Gi.

At the moment your belt level is irrelevant. You will be expected to be already at a reasonable standard, although (we can’t stress this enough) come and have some fun regardless of your ”belt abilities”. As the competition expands, we hope to add more belt rankings and split the competition up even more.
