Time to dust off the cobwebs and start working off the christmas dinner!

GBJ are back and we have had confirmation of the next world Championships, happening in 18months time – so training needs to count.

We meet every month usually by north/south divide and then meet up and have a large team training session, alternatively.

Yesterday (30th January 2022) we met up respectively, the southern session held at Kyouken MMA & Jujitsu and the northern session held at Revolution MMA.

Massive thanks to Steve and Mike for allowing us to have 3 hours of training at your venues, really appreciated.

At every session, we will start upping the pressure and work rate, so make sure all fighters are training consistently! We will be holding our first Nationals event later on this year, the location is still to be confirmed.

Thanks to everyone who took time out their day to come and train, all levels of any martial art back ground is welcomed, so if you’re reading this and fancy a go, just get in contact with us, we’d love to meet you.
